Growing up in pubs set the stage early on, rooted in good hospitality and driven by curiosity-a perfect playground for a future distiller. With a discipline in marketing and international business, combined with a background in wine science, and more, enriching her approach to distilling. Bec combines those experiences to produce spirits that welcome our community.

Operations
Juggling FIFO work and family life, Slade brings expertise in mining and engineering to ensure our distillery operates soundly. He’s not only great at solving practical problems but also instrumental in maintaining our equipment and ensuring safety on-site. Slade’s hands-on help and pragmatic approach make him an invaluable part of our team, especially when we need him most.
