SLOW DOWN
Good spirits take time.
So do long lunches, proper conversations and another round you probably didn’t plan on.
MORE THAN A TASTING ROOM
Gin tastings, seasonal cocktails, local grazing boards and a growing curated lineup of Australian spirits, wines and beers — all served in a relaxed rural setting.
Bring the dog, settle in for the afternoon, or stop by for a quick tasting on your way south.
There’s room to spread out and no pressure to rush.
We’re more than a distillery—it’s a place to slow down.

PACKAGING INNOVATION
We’re working toward 100% plastic-free, compostable packaging. We’re excited about launching in-house refill programs, aiming to significantly reduce single-use waste. We are also exploring creative up-cycling initiatives that align with our environmental goals.
RESOURCE CONSERVATION
We’re committed to integrating energy-efficient technologies and resource conservation methods into our operations. Through energy-efficient equipment, advance wastewater treatment, coolant water recirculation systems and heat recovery initiatives, designed to make every drop count, in line with our values of responsible production.
SUSTAINABLY SOURCING
BY prioritising local ingredients, we support Western Australian farmers and reduce our transportation emissions, keeping our supply chain as eco-friendly as possible and strengthening the local economy.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
Innovation forms part of Wild Lot’s long-term vision. Rebecca has participated in CSIRO Innovate to Grow, DPIRD’s Navigating the Liquor Industry Program, university collaborations and industry research projects exploring sustainable distilling, renewable energy and circular economy opportunities.
BIODIVERSITY EFFORTS
Dedicated to preserving our natural heritage, we implement practices that enhance biodiversity. From maintaining bee-friendly landscapes to using regenerative farming methods, our efforts help sustain the local flora and fauna that contribute to the unique characteristics of our spirits.
WASTE REDUCTION
Wild Lot repurposes spent botanicals through composting, mulching and local collaborations, while citrus is dehydrated for garnishes and cocktail rims. Continuous improvements focus on reducing landfill and finding practical uses for production by-products.
