
About Wild Lot Distillery
Past the farm gate, up the path and into our distillery door—Wild Lot is where handcrafted spirits meet the quiet charm of rural Karridale.
Founded by Bec (distiller and dreamer) and her husband Slade, Wild Lot is a family-built passion project grounded in a love of distilling, great hospitality, and an appreciation for the land and community they call home.
Set on a small farm at the southern tip of the Margaret River region, they live and work on site—raising kids, growing ingredients, and building something real.
What began as a dream is now a working distillery and cellar door, rooted in curiosity, fuelled by hard work, and shared with anyone who wanders in for a taste.




Sip our small-batch creations or try a local beer, wine or something new from our growing curated lineup of Australian spirits at the full bar. Pair it with a local seasonal cheese board with house-made condiments, let the kids play lego or explore the garden, and bring your dog along too—we’re family and pet-friendly, with plenty of space to park (even if you’re towing a caravan).
We’re more than a distillery—it’s a place to slow down.
