Oak & Dagger is our Pinot barrel-rested gin layered with native WA botanicals including Geraldton Wax. Rich citrus, soft spice and subtle red-fruit notes make it equally at home in a strong G&T, a late-night Negroni, or poured slowly by the fire.
TASTING NOTES
Nose
Bright citrus oil, native botanicals and soft barrel spice.
Palate
Juniper upfront with warming spice, subtle red fruit and a rich mouthfeel from Pinot cask resting.
Finish
Long, smooth and gently warming.
